Welcome to JamronRecords.Com... Electro Bass in CyberSpace!

JamronRecords.com is the online home of the classic Miami Electro Label, Jamron Records. You will find plenty of information about Jamron recording artists Maggotron, DXJ, as well as how you can order your own copy of classic vinyl 12 inch jams, autographed by DXJ!

Before we do anything else, we would like to thank all of you who are our fans out there for the support you have given Jamron Records, Maggotron, DXJ, The Empyre and all of our other projects thru the years form back in the day right down to this day! Miami Style Electro Bass music is still kicking thanks to you!

One thing we will try to do also is make the site as interesting as some of our music can be, sort of like the ultimate liner notes to an album! here and there you will notice links to words, don't neglect to check them all out, cause we are trying to make them all different, some will take you away from our site and some will keep you here. Some are informative, some are weird, and some are surprises! So check them out!

It has been hard to keep up the web site the way we want it and keep the music thang happening, so for now please join the discussion group listed at the bottom fo this page  to stay in tune with the latest news, or to ask DXJ a question. Or check out the news section here, but it lags behind.

On another front, the Public has spoken, and it seems that purchasing songs using the MP3 format, as delivered via the platform that  iTunes has pioneered is "catching " on.

I will be making my songs available via a similar model, simply put you want a song, email me and say what it is  and I will email it to you after you pay via PAYPAL or make other arrangements with me.

99 cents per song! No it will not be as instantaneous as the big monsters.

This will be your chance to by pass the middle man and directly support the artist! Even more so than iTunes !

iTunes basically pays about 65 cents out of every sale to the labels, the labels are responsible then to pay the artists, if they are required to (pause for laughter).

The Maggotron way (Maggitunes) is the Best way to support one of your favorite artists!

The new "Old school" styled project that has been under production may not at first be available this way, however, a project called "Bug Eyed Monsters" will be available as well as new stuff being worked on right now, so stay tuned, ahem, "Maggituned"!

If you want the classics on mp3 , please email me! This includes all Jamron Tracks!

RADIO MARS UPDATE!!!!

In order to make the previously unreleased version of  Radio Mars available to you the loyal fans, I will need your help! If I can get any 100 pre paid advance orders of the Record, at 15.00 dollars US each record, I can raise enough cash to press them up!

For now all I need form you is a "pledge" to buy 1 or more copies. Once there are 100 pledges, enough funds will be secured to get this thing to happen! 500 copies is what I plan to press, they will be on Jamron records of course. I will start looking into getting sequentially numbered stickers, preferably the holographic type to number and authenticate the records.

Shoot me an email with Radio Mars as the subject with your pledge to:
maggotron@aol.com

Feb 21 2005- The Radio Mars to vinyl deal looks to be pushed further back on the list fo things to do for now, thank you fo ryoru support on this.
